The Stic Urban Hotel & Spa Suite consists of a 30 m2 room with a double bed, a comfortable 1.40 m sofa bed, bathroom with shower and furnished balcony. It is connected to another 20 m2 room with 2 beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Both rooms have air conditioning, 43' flat screen satellite TV, LED mood lighting, free safe, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, coffee service and bottle of water on arrival, replenished daily, adding to our impeccable service, a plus of comfort. Bathroom with hairdryer, amenities, a spacious and modern shower in each room and free Wi-Fi.
The use of services or purchase products of Stic Urban Hotel & Spa implies acceptance of this contract, you declare and accept:
1. Be an adult (over 18 years) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on the website of Stic Urban Hotel & Spa, stating that you understand and comprehend all of the conditions found on the website.
2. The user in order to contract the services offered must register as a client, whose effects declares that all information provided when registering is true, complete and concise.
3. To confirm the dates indicated in the reservation, and the number of rooms, number of persons, board and the selected hotel.
4. The conditions and price of the reservation contracted are those specifically determined in the document. The provision of services starts from 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on departure day.
5. At the time of booking, guest will be required to pay by credit card the full amount in case of a non refundable rate or the first night if a flexible rate has been chosed. Guest will have 24 hours to make this payment; after this period, the system will cancel the reservation if payment has not been received. The remainder of the stay will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
6. If unable to attend the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the Hotel will send the invoice of the deposit paid as a cancellation fee, referring it to the address given when registering.
7. The price of the reservation includes accommodation and the board chosen by the customer at the time of making the reservation. It does not include any optional "extras" or any other service that is not expressly contracted through the https://www.sticurban.com/ system.
8. The reservation price include VAT., unless mention is specifically omitted. Any other tax or duty payable for the accommodation must be paid additionally at the establishment.
According to Law 2/2006, from March 30, 2016, on the Tourist accommodation tax in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote Sustainable Tourism, we inform you that, from July 1, 2016, all persons older than 16 years old who stay at our establishment must pay a tourist tax. This tax is not included in the room price and it will be paid directly at the hotel.
9. At the check-in, the Hotel will charge a security deposit of €50 per unit of accommodation. Refundable at check-out if there are no damages or outstanding balances.
